The room was spacious and modern, equipped with a flat-screen TV offering plenty of channels, along with a microwave and fridge - super convenient👍. Located in a prime spot, close to both an old market and a regular market for exploring and shopping.

No complains at all, had a really good stay for one night. Appreciated a laptop-compatible safe, cable TV with on-demand movies, and a microwave oven in the room. Absolutely perfect location and overall the staff was well-trained. We ate at the Michelin-starred restaurant:)))

The room was beautifully decorated with convenient amenities like a microwave, coffee/tea maker, and a fridge, and the bed was comfortable with a fully functional bathtub.

Our 5-night stay was amazing. The room is really comfortable with a lot of details that made our stay one of the best we've ever had. The staff is very efficient and kind. They solved our needs very quickly. The breakfast was very tasty and with a wide variety of choices including an "a la carte" menu. Our stay at the Waldorf Astoria Shanghai was a memorable experience.

The Waldorf Astoria in Shanghai exceeded my expectations in every way. The view from the room was breathtaking, overlooking the Pudong side with all the main buildings. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, thanks to the excellent housekeeping. The breakfast at the 1st floor open dining area was simply superb, with a wide variety of delicious food options. The hotel's location was also very convenient, within walking distance of many attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful experience in Shanghai.

Attentive and cheerful staff at concierge and entrance. Manager offered free takeaway coffee and chat. Early check-in with no extra charge, breakfast included. Huge luxurious room with marble palace bathroom. Great location for the Bund and city exploring.

the stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic. the staff made me feel special and the room was gorgeous. the location was excellent and i enjoyed the live music at the bar. overall, a great experience. i will definitely visit again during my next trip to shanghai.

We had a wonderful stay at the Waldorf Astoria. The view from our room was breathtaking, with the glittering lights of Pudong mesmerizing us at night. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff making our stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the Bund and other nearby attractions. We also enjoyed a delicious meal at the Chinese restaurant, savoring the tasty flavors of the dishes. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Shanghai.

It was close to "Lost Heaven" restaurant, which we dined at twice and it was delicious. We also enjoyed some gelato for dessert at DeMeduci, which was right beside the restaurant. The hotel was conveniently located near the Old Town and it was easy to venture out for some sightseeing. Additionally, it was a short distance to the Pudong area.

One negative aspect was the spa. Some guests mentioned that the therapists were not well-trained and seemed more interested in selling additional services.

Luxurious sheets, beautiful view, attentive staff, great breakfast, impressive toiletries.
